Sorry, but you have to explain exactly what you do, in words, and what the expected results are and what the problems are. Watching a cursor zip around doesn't tell me enough to start investigating. I just change color space to grayscale and inverts layer twice by pressing 'Ctrl+I'. And you may see artefacts after it. It's not correct.
