I can't enter the bookmark edit. After I click the menu, the bookmark edition is not appear.

The edit bookmark is a separate program - if you are using an ubuntu favor install 'keditbookmarks'

AFAIK, there's no way for Konsole to know it is not installed.

Right. keditbookmarks wasn't installed. Thank you for help.
