Translucency effect doesn't work for Qt4 programs

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Desktop Behavior -> Desktop Effects -> Enable Translucency effect and go its settings -> Make Menus more transparent.

Actual Results:  
Menus should become transparent

Expected Results:  
Qt4 programs don't have the effect.

Maybe its related to toolkit problem like previously https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-55558 but i'm not qualified to post in there.

Qt5 and GTK3+ work, only Qt4 is effected.

Manjaro x64, updated to Qt 5.8(previously Qt 5.7) and plasma 5.9.2(previously 5.8.5)

We would need the xprop output of the menus. Most likely it's a problem in Qt as it works in general.

It was fixed.
