Collapsed bin effects expand when reordering any effect in the stack or when adding a new effect. This does not happen with clip effects.

(Version is 16.2.2)

I reproduce this in archlinux as well...

Can you please update to the latest version (20.12.2 at the moment, https://kdenlive.org/en/download/) and report here whether this is still happening?
