Maik
The function "Reread Metadata From Imagages" does not work in general. I tried this function via three different ways 1 - item -> Feread Metadata From Images 2 - Album -> Reread... and 3 - Tools -> Maintenance -> check Albums, check Sync Metadata and Database, Sync Direction: From image metadata to database Every time the procedure is done in 0 seconds and nothing has changed. I tried it on Ubuntu 16.04 and on Win 10. Both times with Digikam 5.5.0. Yes, this is a bug in digiKam-5.5.0. Is already fixed for digiKam-5.6.0. Use Beta AppImage from this download: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0BzeiVr-byqt5Y0tIRWVWelRJenM Maik Thank you! Works great. It is possible to include the subfolders of an album to the function Ablum -> Reread Metadata from Images? Domian,
