All transforming tools are not working.

I tried to reinstall Krita, to restart computer, to open different files (.kra, .png, etc.), to install latest updates, but nothing changed.

That's because you're using a way old version of Krita. In later versions this bug is fixed. It also doesn't occur if you make the toolbox less wide, so it's hardly "critical".
