Tablet Log of Pen Pressure Issue

Pen pressure does not work in Krita with Wacom Cintiq 13HD and brush gets stuck at random when I move the pen away but returns to the cursor when I move the pen outside the canvas. Tested in Photoshop and it works there. Using Krita 3.1.2, Wacom Drivers 6.3.20-5 (latest) and Windows 10. Also using a double monitor setup + Cintiq screen, where the monitors are all on top of each other with the Cintiq at the bottom. Everything worked fine the first time I used Krita 3.1.1 but since the second time starting it I've had this issue.

Solutions I've tried:
-Rebooting
-Unplugging the tablet
-Hold shift on opening to calibrate tablet area (this did fix the offset I had)
-Reinstalling drivers & updating Krita
-Purging tablet settings
-Clearing Krita files from Appdata/Roaming

I'll attach a tablet log as well.

Hi,

As you can see from the tablet log, Krita cannot open the wintab driver. I'm afraid that this is a driver installation problem, not a bug in Krita. That is actually always the case when a tablet doesn't register with Krita, even though some other applications might see the driver. (The other way around also happens, people reporting problems with e.g. photoshop, while they are sure it's not a driver bug "because Krita works.)
