Steps to reproduce:

1. run "konsole --new-tab" multiple times
2. multiple konsole windows open but no new tabs

Expected behavior:

1. run "konsole --new-tab" multiple times
2. one window opens with multiple tabs

Known problem, a fix has been pushed already.

Workaround: eable the option "Run all Konsole windows in a single process" in Konsole's settings.
