STR
1/ Compile from latest git master
2/ Start kmymoney
3/ Wait for file to load
4/ Make a change without saving
5/ Quit kmymoney

Expected results
1/ Whilst starting kmymoney progress for loading
2/ Warning prompt about save, being painted prior to display

Actual results
1/ Black main window until file is loaded
2/ Black dialog showing then painted
