On my Debian Jessie I am running Kdenlive version:

Qt: 4.8.6
KDE Development Platform: 4.14.2
Kdenlive: 0.9.10

With an Intel i7 and this Intel Graphic Card:

00:02.0 VGA compatible controller [0300]: Intel Corporation 2nd Generation Core Processor Family Integrated Graphics Controller [8086:0116] (rev 09) (prog-if 00 [VGA controller])

I have used Kdenlive for years without problems but for the first time few weeks ago I took 4K videos with my OnePlus3.
Kdenlive can load the videos but I cannot see the images and the program stop as soon as the time cursor touch the video imported.

Can you confirm that the latest version of Kdenlive supports 4K videos?

If so I can go ahead and maybe test the latest version 16.08 on Debian-testing or Debian-unstable

As explained on Kdenlive website, only current stable release and development branch are supported and maintained. Also, this is abug tracker and not a forum. Learn and understand the differences, don't spam us with forum requests. Such reports are slowing down the development because they're wasting our time better spent on development itself. Use the forum or G+ community. Thank you for your cooperation.
