Sentry Crash Report:

Description Unknown 2017-02-03 19:05:24 UTC
When I'm playing my project in Timeline and the position cursor gets to about a second or so away from the end of the Timeline, it immediately jumps to the end of the Timeline without playing through that last second of the project.

Expected behavior: to playback across Timeline smoothly from beginning to end frame.

Bug discovered using:
Kdenlive 17.03.70 (via ppa:kdenlive/kdenlive-master)
Qt 5.5.1
ffmpeg 2.8.10
frei0r 1.5
KDE Frameworks 5.18.0
Linux Mint 18.1 64-bit (Ubuntu-based).

It's just a guess, but from your description alone this will be difficult to reproduce. In fact, I did not see such behavior myself while working on yet another daytime project using Kdenlive git master. I suspect that there is either something wrong with the project or the clips that causes MLT to fast forward. Can you please play the project file with melt? I would suspect to see the same behavior, but lets6make sure it does.

I made a duplicate bug by accident of this (Bug #371762), but it has more updated data, so I'll continue this, there. Closing bug.
