kile requires
oxygen5-icon-theme or
oxygen-icon-theme
otherwise the symbols in the toolbars are missing. This dependency is not contained in the rpm; when I installed it (under Xfce) the symbols were missing.

Thanks for your interest in Kile!

However, you have to report this problem in the bug tracker of openSUSE. We cannot influence the dependencies that are recorded in their packages.
