After hiding the menu bar I don't have the option in the context menu to show it again. Also Ctrl+Shift+M or Ctrl+M doesn't bring it back.

It works here on master - do you have any non-default options enabled?

Seems to work here now again aswell. Don't know why the option wasn't there the last time.
