Yes... It's a nasty timing issue. The best thing for now is to not close Krita while it is saving... We're trying to figure out how to avoid this, but it's a bit tangled up. We reworked the saving code completely in 2019 and I cannot reproduce this issue anymore. |
Created attachment 103712 [details] Example of issue So there appears to be a bug at least with the MacOSX version of Krita and I am assuming it is where the image resolution is quite large. If I use Command+S (to save) and then click exit on the window (Red circle) it will present me with this troubling issue. What is not shown in the screenshot is that the cursor is unable to use the windows asking "Do you want to save" unless you exit the "Saving Document" window. Even then it does not hint that you can use the other window again due to the cursor's icon change.
