I am using KDE Neon with uptodate packages.
Not sure if this is a kwin problem or another component.

When I click save on something in Chrome or Chromium a KDE File Save dialogue appears. Sometimes I switch away, because I have to do something before saving or I am interrupted. Unfortunately there appears no way of going back that dialogue and it is not possible to open another in the mean time. There is no way of going back mean that dialogue does not appear in the window switcher (ALT-TAB) and it also does not appear in the window list in the list of open windows. Clicking or switching back to chrome/chromium also does not reveal that file dialogue.
