On Plasma 5.9 beta, if the sound is mute and I click the sound icon in the systray, it automatically unmutes the sound. It happens if I do it the first time in my session, but if I do it another time in the same Plasma session, the bug does not occur.

VolumeSlider: Ignore all value changes until Component is completed

Mute is no longer changed on first open of popup, feedback is also
no longer played in this case.
