1. using korganizer 5.4.1 neon version "4:16.12.1-0neon+16.04+build6"
2. add a event and uncheck "All Day"
3. modify Start and End time to specific time, and a test title.
4. press save.
5. then open the created event. you will saw the time is A.M. 12:00 no matter you set.

this bug causing korganizer can not use anymore.

fix in kde 5.9 release.
