MS Windows 10 Pro x64 Intel
Kdenlive 16.12.1 beta for MS Windows + FFmpeg download per instructions on https://kdenlive.org/download/

Menu Bar->Settings->Run Configuration Wizard gives a Breeze icons missing complaint then apparently does nothing or exits with no subsequent GUI presentation for user interaction.  See bug 375271 for screenshot of Breeze icons missing complaint.

Should be fixed with Kdenlive version 18.08.1
