I would like it if, in the dolphin "Properties" dialog, when you view properties for a music file(.wav, .ogg, .flac, .mp3, etc...), it would show important information about the file, like song name, album, artist, runtime, bitrate, codec.

This could be added to the properties, or even the tooltips.
And it would make Dolpin more useful, because right now, I have to use the command line to get bitrate information.

Dolphin does show that kind of metadata with songs. Both in the tooltips and in the information panel on the right.

Can you show a screenshot of Dolphin when you select a song? (Make sure to have the Information panel visible)

The "Properties" dialog should show the requested information starting with Dolphin 18.04. If this dialog should still not display this metadata even though your Dolphin version is new enough, please reopen this bug. Thanks :)
