There's no way to see how much time is left is one is anxious for his tea. Or if the app is being misused to bake a pizza.

The easiest way, I think, would be to implement it as a tooltip when mouse is kept over program icon.

1.3.0 on XUbuntu 16.04.

Switch to QSystemTrayIcon

Fixes a bunch of issues:

 * Popup notification not showing up when tea is done. This is the biggest issue, it is pretty useless without it.
 * Fix popup positioning when clicking, not it shows up in the right place right above the icon.
 * Fix tooltip.
 * Fix overlay icon when visualization is turned off.
