The latest kdenlive AppImage, downloadable from
http://files.kde.org/kdenlive/release/Kdenlive-16.12.1-x86_64.AppImage
is missing the main executable "kdenlive" AppRun tries to run.

When invoked from a command line, Kdenlive-16.12.1-x86_64.AppImage just emits:
/tmp/.mount_OBQOKc/AppRun: line 55: kdenlive: command not found

And indeed, when I "mount -o loop -t iso9660 Kdenlive-16.12.1-x86_64.AppImage /mnt/tmp, there is no executable named "kdenlive" in /mnt/tmp/usr/bin/, just some "kdenlive.wrapper" file (which the .desktop file refers to), but that won't help - the main executable is missing.

Thanks for your feedback. Despite some quick testing, it effectively looks like the AppImage package is broken, sorry for the inconvenience. I added a warning on the download page and will upload a fixed version in the next 24-48 hours

The file http://files.kde.org/kdenlive/release/Kdenlive-16.12.1-2-x86_64.AppImage does contain the "kdenlive" executable - fixing this issue - thanks!

Alas, the next bug preventing me from running this AppImage is right around the corner, see https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=375206 for this obstacle.
