Also forgot to add this, but my system is Arch Linux. Which browser are you using? Have you checked the download settings there? Checked the settings and it has my /Downloads folder as the default location. It saves things here when its a download link. But still, when I right click something to save it, it defaults to my Documents folder. Right, I can reproduce with Chromium. However, this is not a bug in Dolphin, but in kdialog. Moving there.
