I made a video of the problem.

The zoom doesn't working, I can't use the program.

I'm sorry but I cannot view the video -- my browser claims the file is corrupt.

I'm sorry, but we cannot do anything without more information. On my three Windows 10 test computers, zooming works without problems, so I'm guessing it's a problem with your system after all.
