When I try to install a wallpaper via get hot new stuff, I get this error "Could not install. File not found". Can reproduce this everytime on fully updated Neon Git Unstable. Works fine on my Plasma 5.8.x.

Interestingly I only get it sometimes. 

Sounds more like there's a dead link and we just have bad error reporting.
