Hi,

First of all, sorry for not being able to file it under the download.kde.org component, but I’ve failed to find under which product it lies.

Now, the issue: download.kde.org is not accessible over https (403 forbidden).

I’m not sure if that’s wanted, and if so why, but I’d be glad if you could fix it.

At the time it was the correct behaviour for the server yes.
We've just moved it to another system - so it's now https only.
