When being on virtual desktops that are not the first one, triggering krunner with alt+f2, alt+space or by starting typing on an empty desktop and triggering Yakuake with f12 always ends up by them being  opened on the first VD.

If I'm not mistaken the same happens for Application Dashboard but I don't use it anymore.

At least for Krunner this should be fixed. In general this needs a fix in each affected application.
