Simple python script to show a qt5 file dialog

When using Qfiledialog under kde, most of the icons are missing, see here:
http://i.imgur.com/u7a8uGt.png
It does not depend on icon theme (tried Breeze icon theme and kfaenza).

Switching to QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME=qt5ct "fixes" it.
