dolphin in arch linux with gnome wayland as described here:

does not show icons, except for "downloads" and . i read some threads but nothing did the trick:

setting to major, but only for non-kde platforms.

Can you be more specific about "does not show icons"? What icons? Does it only affect the view where files should be or does it also affect tool bars and menus? If the latter, this is probably because Qt is not loading the Plasma integration in Gnome, seen this a lot, not just with Dolphin.

This is likely an issue with your icon theme or some other configuration, not Dolphin itself, as many people can and do run Dolphin our of a KDE Plasma environment and see all the icons displayed per their active icon theme. I'd recommend reporting the issue on an Arch support forum. Thanks!
