Initial zones (blue bar above timeline) of Kdenlive projects looks like it starts at 0:00 and ends at 3:10 but if you change it or jump to the points (Shift+I/Shift+O), you will see that the points are 0:10 and 2:00.

Please make the zone in point be 0:00 and the zone out point be where it seems to be.
