1. Created new file.
2. Created new class.
3. Added few attributes.
If click just 'OK'(without 'Apply'), application crashed and all data are unsaved.
It repeats after restart too.

This issue is probably fixed in release 2.12.1. If you can't wait revert to 2.20.3 or compile umbrello from git branch Applications/16.12, which contains a related fix. If this problem is not fixed feel free to report again.
