I would like that desktop dashboard could execute command progrmams as  krunner. For example, with krunner i could execute the command line 'date'.

Not a bad idea,  but we're not taking ideas for applets on the bug tracker, and restricting this to only bugs otherwise we lose both bugs and ideas in the noise.
