[PATCH 1/1] Support for fanotify API on ARM64 architecture

The appended patch enables the fanotify_init and fanotify_mark system
calls for the arm64 architecture.

It is a follow up to bug report 320895.
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=320895

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. write a simple application which calls fanotify_init()
2. run it in valgrind

Actual Results:
An error "system call unimplemented" occurs.

Expected Results:
Fanotify_init and fanotify_mark should be supported.

Sorry, your patch was as good as the other one just committed. Apologies for not noticing this was reported and fixed twice.
