I do
- Settings
- Configure kphotoalvum
- Birthdays
- Select a category and an entry there
- Pick a date
- [OK] or [Apply] crashes KPA with a segment violation

This is reproducible.
The category doesn't matter.

I'm using OpenSuse 42.2 with patches from one week ago.

I believe this should be fixed in git c471243. Please reopen, if this is not the case...

Also, the direct date input was broken, which should also be fixed in git master ;-)
