Can't reproduce - recent docs show up in search results for me (example: Kate). Need more info to work with there. Search for "Comix", then right click it for the recent docs. Clicking the item will do nothing (not launch the program). https://i.imgur.com/GuvFUYV.png However, if find Comix in category view and right click it, the context menu item will launch Comix.
