Could you please clarify if you get a crash? If yes, please add the backtrace for the crash. From reading the description, it could be the KWin window manager that crashes. For more information, please read https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports This was not a problem kactivitymanagerd or kwin or anything else. Created attachment 102494 [details] crash_dump_file Sometimes during work when I(or programs) open a new window there is a frop windowing system desktop. The functionality in the window works fine, but to do something with himself windows is impossible (open, close, move, etc.). This happened more often when I tried to use the Nvidia driver (currently returned nouveau) kactivitymanagerd status The service is running, version: 6.2.0 more info in crash_dump_file
