I have installed kubuntu 16.04 with plasma 5.5.5 on Dell inspiron 5000 series laptop. The problem is that when I go to desktop settings I only get two options Folder View and desktop. My question s is where are the other option i.e grouping, grid and newspaper.

Other layouts are not ported to Plasma 5.

I don't think this is going to happen, sorry. If it hasn't happened yet, it probably won't. :(
