valgrind: This formula either does not compile or function as expected on macOS
versions newer than El Capitan due to an upstream incompatibility.
Error: An unsatisfied requirement failed this build.

Command ran: brew install --HEAD valgrind

Am marking this as a duplicate of 365327, as it goes to support of the latest macOS 10.12.

That Homebrew chooses to flag that issue via a failed installation on this specific version of macOS is their choice, but not something we should ourselves track separately.
