As you can see,workflow with lots of frames on the timeline tends to be somewhat annoying. You expand the range,go back,and then you need to expand it again.



There are a few options

A fixed space of at least half the timeline after the LAST frame could work.
Another option is to auto increase the range when dragging the timeline bar. 
Doesn't need to be infinite,it can increase in increments ,but it maybe needs to be remembered. 

Although if it gets remembered and is actually too long there maybe need to be a way to reset it
maybe a RMB mousclick function or something else?

Hey again.

I think this issue has been addressed by both the new scrollbar behavior (which expands the range much more smoothly) and the fact that the range now expands to match the start-end frame range timeline settings.

Let me know if there is more that needs to be done here and feel free to reopen this bug report. Closing for now. :)
