Steps to reproduce:
- create project
- add clip to project
- add clip to timeline
- add 'Volume (keyframable)' effect to the clip
- add 'Speed' effect to the clip
- set Speed to 40%
- drag the left border of the clip to cut it

Reuslt: another Volume effect added
Expected result: effects stay the same

should be fixed with Kdenlive version 17.04
