1. Go to System Settings -> Shortcuts -> Global Keyboard Shortcuts -> Plasma
2. Change shortcut for "Activate Application Launcher Widget" to Ctrl+`
3. Logout
4. Log in

Shortcut has backed to the default which is Alt+F1
