The Configure dialog always asks to save changes when leaving from Appearance page, even if no changes were made

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the Configure dialog
2. Go to Appearance page (don't touch anything)
3. Go to another page

PS.: This doesn't happens with 1.5 version.


Actual Results:  
Asks to save changes

Expected Results:  
Doesn't ask to save changes

Still present on Choqok 1.7.0

Choqok is unfortunately no longer maintained.

If a new maintainer wants to step up and take care, the project is archived here:

https://invent.kde.org/network/choqok

You can just clone it in your private namespace on invent.kde.org and if you have started to work on it and fixed/implemented something get it reviewed and the project unarchived.

Sorry for the inconveniences.
