Usually there's a COPYING*/LICENSE file at the root dir of the repo.

David, do you agree to relicense "keditbookmarks/src/kbookmarkmodel/tests/kbookmarkmodeltest.cpp" to GPL instead of LGPL? Then only one license file needs to be added.
