Everything seems to work, but highlighting the photo, and clicking the send button, the email appears, but blank.  Photo is NOT attached.

Running OS X 10.12.1

Installed and tested 5.4.0.  Same result.  email does not work with default Apple mail

Firefox has a context menu to send by MacOS Mail images.

There is certainly ideas to take from ObjC or AppleScript implementation from FireFox.
