On fixing bug 372107 it turned out that there is bug related to moving unselected associations.

How to reproduce:
1. start umbrello
2. add three classes named "class1", "class2" and "class3"
3. connect each class with a dependency 
4. Select "class1" and "class2"
5. Move mouse over "class1", press and move mouse

Actual result:
The association between "class2" and "class3" is not moved too. Only on mouse release the position of the related association is updated

Expected result:
The association between "class2" and "class3" should be moved too
