Sometimes after hibernation I get invisible text in some places, e.g. in menu, panel, window title e.t.c. Doesn't affect text inside apps windows.

this is probably a problem quite deep in the stack, not sure where tough.

The problem probably was somewhere in intel video drivers, xorg or kernel. Upgrading to zesty but keeping kde installed from neon repos solved my problem. https://www.reddit.com/r/kde/comments/6a7hqz/upgraded_my_xenial_neon_to_zesty/
