For some reason, at random instances, the program won't let me use the four buttons from "crop" to "angle", inclusive. 

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Try to click on "angle" "crop" "move" or "transform" tool.

Actual Results:  
Sometimes, those buttons act as if they are disabled, when they are not.

Expected Results:  
Should have let me use those four tools
