Movie form 16.08.1 version is rendered as 720p 4:3 instead of Full HD 16:9. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load any Full HD project from 16.08.1 version
2. Render into Full HD 16:9
3. Results 720p 4:3 movie

Actual Results:  
720p 4:3 movie

Expected Results:  
Full HD 16:9

New projects on 16.08.2 looks fine so far, looks like affected are projects from 16.08.1

After downgrading to 16.08.1 I realised the same happens for old version for some reason. After spending few hours, I found a workaround:

[1] Open a project you found is rendering wrong resolution.
[2] Goto [Project] >> [Project Setting] and then switch into [Full HD 1080p] button. 
[3] Then save project, CLOSE kdenlive, open again kdenlive and load project, should be fine now.

This works fine for both 16.08.1 and 16.08.2 versions.
