All french language packs installed.
Be low the list of untranslated items. Written french words designed the french menus concern. Untranslated items are written in en.

I've already changed the summary to "Missing French translations for menu items in Dolphin (Plasma 5.8.0)".

"Untranslatable" (i.e. cannot be translated) would imply a bug in the source code of Dolphin/etc. But here we have a problem in French translations only.
