Shutdown doesn't work every time it crashers by displaying the logo of Linux Mint and display flickers only while I maximize or the minimize the windows and doesn't at the other times.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Please ask for help in a forum of your distribution. Describe the problem in detail (maybe by including screen shots), so that people can actually diagnose the problem.
