Project and render profiles from menu files with "Unable to load providers from file: https://kdenlive.org/data/rendersources.xml"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setting Menu
2. Download New Render Profiles... OR Download New Project Profiles...
3. Wait for the search to end

Actual Results:  
Empry list, message alike "Unable to load providers from file: https://kdenlive.org/data/rendersources.xml"

Expected Results:  
List of the modules to download
